Terms of use (interim)

Manchester Commerce is a chamber-of-commerce effort in formation. These terms will be revised once the 501(c)(6) entity is formed and a board is seated. Until then, this is the use commitment under which we're operating during founding conversations.

What this is

An invitation-only beta platform supporting the founding-conversation phase of forming the chamber. Access is granted to people invited into a founding conversation.

What you can do

Sign in, register your business, view the dashboard, and communicate with the chamber effort. All features are demonstration-scopedduring this phase. We're building openly so founding members can see the platform evolve.

What’s not available

  • No transactions. No payments, no dues collection, no commerce of any kind.
  • No formal membership benefits yet.The 501(c)(6) entity does not legally exist; what we're showing is the operational shape of membership, not membership itself.

Honest feature labels

If a feature is labeled “Coming soon” or “In build”, it isn't active yet — we're being deliberate about not over-promising during this phase. Lifecycle states are presentation honesty, not interface decoration.

Account ownership

Your account is yours. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@manchestercommerce.org. Deletion details are in the Privacy notice.

Limits of this beta

We may need to migrate accounts to a chamber-owned platform once the 501(c)(6) is formed and infrastructure transitions to a chamber-owned workspace. We'll communicate before any such migration and you'll have the option to re-confirm before the move.

Changes

We'll log changes here, dated, when these terms are revised. The “Last revised” date at the top reflects the current version.
